Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speedOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid government-issued ID (required for background check)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
