Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
