Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and storage facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers using precision techniques to prevent damage
- Manage inventory documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
