Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory counts and stock rotation in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily operations and material movements
- Perform equipment pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to all company safety policies and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation with flexible availability for day/night shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
