Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouses
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate other warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jacks, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain free training)
- Minimum 6 months of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to North Dallas industrial parks
- Flexible availability for overnight/weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
