Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not always required for immediate hires.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
