Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Execute inventory management via RF scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and dock zones
- Document operations via digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Basic inventory/WMS system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background/drug screening mandatory
