Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload materials from trailers, pallets, and trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Move materials to designated storage areas and ensure proper organization and inventory accuracy.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior forklift experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Must be reliable, focused, and committed to maintaining safety standards.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
