Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (including Reach and Clamp) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform routine safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment before each shift.
- Organize inventory, stack pallets, and ensure warehouse aisles remain clear and accessible.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Document inventory movements accurately using handheld scanners or logbooks.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
