Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and production areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through systematic scanning and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours of hire)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in high-traffic environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
