Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment daily
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization projects
- Train new team members on safety and operational standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Proficient in basic warehouse inventory management software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
