Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
- Minimum 2 years recent forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends when needed
