Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory within warehouse facilities
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
