Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage materials with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock placement in designated zones.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Proven experience operating forklifts, specifically Reach Trucks or Counterbalance.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
