Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 200,000 sq ft climate-controlled warehouse
- Safely load/untractors and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (5:00 PM - 3:30 AM)
- Pre-employment drug screening required
