Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/during shifts to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using pallet jacks and scanners
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 6 months of prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
