Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory counts and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements
- Support facility cleanliness and hazard prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Valid driver's license preferred
