Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse facilities to OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid California driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Immediate availability to start within 3-5 days
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
