Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Package items securely with appropriate materials and labeling
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate RF scanners after training
