Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Verify items against packing slips to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good standing on background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
