Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick tickets.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet packaging standards.
- Label packages correctly with shipping addresses, barcodes, and tracking information.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to adhere to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment targets are met.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate weighing and counting of items.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
