Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and packing slips.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping addresses and barcodes.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding inventory management.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Basic reading and mathematical skills to follow instructions and calculate quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (must provide valid ID).
