Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Pack items securely into boxes and cartons for shipment.
- Label packages accurately to ensure correct delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety standards are met.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Follow all company safety protocols and inventory control procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
