Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality before shipment
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Available for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stable work history with 2+ references
- Pass background/drug screening
- Valid state ID (commercial license a plus)
- Comfortable in temperature-controlled warehouse
