Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order accuracy
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Zanker Road facility
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
