Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and software systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
