Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and material handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle cycle checks in WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid state ID and proof of authorization to work
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Miami facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (days/nights)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
