Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in accordance with SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
