Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error tolerance
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain OSHA-compliant workspace organization
- Process inbound shipments and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and drug screening
