Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high accuracy and productivity rates.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
