Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in receiving, shipping, and inventory management processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
