Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document inventory transactions in WMS systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with frequent bending/stooping
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to industrial corridor locations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
