Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping using standard warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management software to track inventory movements.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
