As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll contribute to the seamless movement of goods across Southern California. Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) with OSHA compliance
- Perform quality control checks and product sorting according to company standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4 days/week)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (cold/hot zones)
