Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with speed and accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain inventory counts using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments and verifying documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid state ID and Social Security card for immediate onboarding
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Comfortable standing 8-10 hours in temperature-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
