Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standardsOperate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
