Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report workplace hazards
- Support loading/unloading of shipments using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts)
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
