Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with technology commercialization and startup incubation
- Strong analytical skills with systems thinking approach
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
