Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the innovation strategy for 2026 and beyond, aligning with company goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and market disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing and new products.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to drive innovation projects.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Mentor and develop a team of innovation specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in innovation, product development, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with strategic planning and foresight methodologies.
