- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish industry partnerships for 2026 technology ecosystem development

Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record launching market-defining products with $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
