- Architect patent portfolios protecting 50+ novel methodologies in emerging tech domains
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD-level innovators while maintaining 95% project delivery success rate
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members including Fortune 100 executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing 5+ breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations in AI or materials science
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global innovation partnerships
