Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year innovation roadmaps for 2026-2028 strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patentable technologies
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Forums
- Develop market entry strategies for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with corporate vision
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field from Tier 1 institution
- Published author in innovation strategy or technology forecasting
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding/grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic required
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ commercialized innovations
