Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Translate strategic vision into actionable business cases with ROI projections
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact
- Partner with R&D, product, and marketing teams to commercialize innovations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
