Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies in sustainable infrastructure
- Present strategic briefings to board members on future tech adoption curves
- Mentor innovation labs across global R&D centers
- Drive regulatory compliance for next-gen tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial viability
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience securing >$50M in R&D funding
