Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional sprints to develop 2026 product roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio across AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Present quarterly disruption briefings to board of directors including Fortune 500 CEOs
- Coordinate with Stanford and MIT labs to commercialize emerging technologies
- Design patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in quantum-encrypted communications
- Mentor startup incubator teams scaling from prototype to Series A
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers cited by World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate innovation or venture capital with $100M+ deal experience
- Proven track record launching 3+ category-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certified in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization cycles
- Experience securing government grants for frontier technologies
- Published thought leadership in HBR or MIT Sloan Review
