Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points

- Partner with C-suite to integrate disruptive technologies into enterprise strategy
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget across 15+ innovation projects
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a 10-person innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
