Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock levels across multiple warehouse locations with real-time tracking
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock rotation and minimize obsolescence
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records in compliance with ISO standards
- Train junior staff on inventory management protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics preferred
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to microscopic details
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training a plus
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
