- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation with precision
- Maintain real-time inventory records and generate cycle count reports
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts and accessibility
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Support year-end physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license required
