Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliations
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision and urgency
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Conduct physical inventory audits and support annual stocktakes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for site travel)
