Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical stock records using WMS software
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for inventory updates
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality checks
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize stock levels
- Audit warehouse safety compliance and report hazards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
